
Fred Muhumuza
Muhumuza holds PhD (Development Economics) from the University of Manchester, a Masters in Economic Policy and Planning from Makerere University, and A Certificate in Development Evaluation by Carleton University and World Bank. Muhumuza is a Senior Lecturer at the Makerere University Business School (MUBS) and the Director of the MUBS Economic Forum. He has experience of 30 years in development policy research and analysis with a parallel teaching career at various Universities including: Makerere Univesity; Kyambogo University; Nkumba University and African Bible University. He conducts policy and institutional analysis, strategic planning, and training for the Public and private sectors, Civil Society, and Development Partners. Muhumuza is a Member of the Boards for Habitat for Humanity Uganda; the African Forum and Network on Debt and Development based in Harare; and the International Centre for Research on Women (ICRW). He has previously served on the Boards of Bank of Baroda Uganda (Chair); World Vision Uganda (Chair); Vision Fund Uganda; Scripture Union of Uganda; Uganda Christian University Council; Bank of India Uganda and Post Bank Uganda.
