Bachelor of social work and social administration from Makerere University and currently pursuing a post graduate diploma in administration and management at the Uganda Management Institute. With three years experience in administration and entrepreneurship support, Vanessa has developed strong skill sets in entrepreneurship instruction, human resource management as well as the use of digital management tools such as the Microsoft package and excel. Before joining ICRW, She was an administrative assistant at Work for Life Uganda an entrepreneurship support organisation where she ensured proper documentation of organisational processes and supported entrepreneurship trainings. She is passionate about poverty alleviation and supporting individuals to achieve their God given purposes while supporting operational efficiency in her line of duty.
